As CEO Trevor is responsible for the strategic focus, direction and overall operations of GHCA. Trevor is a retired Colonel from the US Air Force & Air National Guard with a combined 33 years of service. He brings over 25 years of private and public sector Human Capital Management and Talent Acquisition experience to the industry. His 25 years of worldwide military leadership and management experience superbly positions him to work directly with Veterans, transitioning military members, their spouses and working kids. At GHCA we know when the member serves so does the family and we focus on helping any of the transitioning family members find employment.

Brenda K. Noel
Chief Financial Officer & Office Operations Director
As chief financial officer & office operations director Brenda is responsible for the day to day operations of GHCA’s internal business process and all financial matters.
Brenda brings 25 plus years of banking, financial planning, mortgage loan origination and business operations leadership and management experience to the business.
The GHCA Team
GHCA employs candidate consultants (CCs) who are all veterans with senior level leadership and management military experience. Our CC understand your transition experience because they too have lived it. The CCs focus on deliberate communications with candidates and leads them through a detailed candidate Job Search Profile (JSP) development process. The CCs spend up to 2 hours working with each candidate to develop their JSP which when complete, aligns the candidate with specific industries, job categories and companies that are an excellent fit with their military experience and background.
GHCA’s Professional Human Resources Business Partners (PHRBPs)
GHCA HR Business Partners are highly experienced private sector HR professionals. They cross-walk candidates from the public to private sector and finalize each candidate’s profile for placement. Our PHRBPs spend up to 2 hours interact with our candidates to ensure their JSPs are well aligned and translated to private sector speak.
