We source, screen, and qualify “High Quality Candidates” (HQCs) for your open position(s) and submit our fully vetted HQCs to you. You pay only if our candidate is hired; 50% upon hire and 50% after our candidate completes 90 calendar days as your employee. This is our commitment to making retention an up-front focus of each placement we make.
Like contingency, except for the fee due is paid in installments. Payments are made in three parts: one third as a retainer to initiate the search, one third upon placement, and the balance once the candidate reaches the 90 days anniversary with your organization.
